How to Initiate a Return
We understand that the products you received might not have met your expectations. To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:
Our Return Policy
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned items at our facility, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 8-12 business days. For payments made through PAYPAL, please allow 2-3 business days for their processing. Additionally, your bank may require extra time to process and post the credit to your account upon receiving the information.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer exchange processing. If you’d like to exchange an item, kindly follow the return procedure and then proceed to place a new order with your preferred item.
Defective Items
If you believe you have received a defective product, please inform us within 14 days of delivery by emailing order@cuepidon.com. Include your order number, item number, and a clear photo showcasing the defect. Once we verify the defect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of inventory.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are possible only on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and within 24 hours of submitting your order. For cancellations, please email order@cuepidon.com with your order number. After 24 hours, it’s likely that your order has already been processed and is en route to you, making it ineligible for cancellation. In such cases, you can still return the order upon receipt using the provided return label.
Please understand that our team strives for swift order processing, which may make cancellations challenging even within the 24-hour window. Should this occur, we’ll gladly offer a return label for you to use upon receiving your order.
